⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Ken’s Auto Tow! When my daughter’s brake line broke unexpectedly, we were stressed and unsure what to do. They responded quickly, were professional, friendly, and treated both us and her vehicle with great care. They turned a very stressful situation into one that felt manageable with their kindness and excellent customer service. It’s rare to find a company that truly goes above and beyond for its customers, and Happy Hooker Towing did exactly that. We are so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable, and trustworthy towing services. Thank you for taking such great care of us!

I would give 100 stars if I could! Like many others, we had a vehicle stall out in flood waters last night. When I called, they were not sure if flood water would allow my mom's truck to be picked up - and he was right. (Water was knee deep by this time) but they still came out and tried. The truck was a few blocks from where I had told them but they called me and stayed on line until still found it. Despite not being able to load the truck the driver went out of his way to ensure we were safe. Then this morning they headed back to pick up the truck. I am very grateful that they were concerned for our safety even without tow last night. All went smoothly with tow this morning. If/when we need towing service in the future this will be the first and only company I call! A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THEIR DRIVERS: AARON who ensured our safety last night and NILES who got the truck back home this morning promptly and with a helpful attitude. Human decency is hard to find these days - especially in customer service in a stressful situation but this company knows who to hire!
