They responded quickly, were professional, friendly, and treated both us and her vehicle with great care. I would give 100 stars if I could! Like many others, we had a vehicle stall out in flood waters last night. When I called, they were not sure if flood water would allow my mom's truck to be picked up - and he was right. (Water was knee deep by this time) but they still came out and tried. The truck was a few blocks from where I had told them but they called me and stayed on line until still found it. Despite not being able to load the truck the driver went out of his way to ensure we were safe. Then this morning they headed back to pick up the truck. I am very grateful that they were concerned for our safety even without tow last night. All went smoothly with tow this morning. If/when we need towing service in the future this will be the first and only company I call! A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO THEIR DRIVERS: AARON who ensured our safety last night and NILES who got the truck back home this morning promptly and with a helpful attitude. Human decency is hard to find these days - especially in customer service in a stressful situation but this company knows who to hire!

Ken’s Auto Tow is incredible. I needed a vehicle towed same day and quickly due to a family emergency. I just searched tow companies in Wichita and Ken’s was first on the list. I explained the situation and the dispatcher was friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful. They were fast to arrive and the driver was very professional and kind as well. I wish I remembered everybody’s name who helped. Thank you again for helping my family.

I called for a tow on the highway with the highway patrolman right there saying do I I need help... I advise them no I do not because I have Ken's Auto Tow on the way to get me and they showed up in just under 10 minutes to get me off the highway. They went above and beyond to not only get me to the mechanic but dropped me off at home on the way back! Way to go this company has top-notch customer service

My daughter's car suffered a catastrophic structural defect while driving through Eastborough. The car was undrivable and the local authorities were concerned about getting the car moved ASAP. I placed a call to Ken's towing and within 30 minutes. There was an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and professional tow driver there to get the car.. The driver's name was "tone". He went above and beyond to make sure we got our personal belongings and car seat out of the vehicle and transferred to a new vehicle and provided guidance on where to have the car towed.. he did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the services. And will always recommend them..

I had a flat tire on the highway heading out of town and Ken's Auto Tow came to the rescue. My roadside assistance told me it would be up to 2hrs or more wait. I called Ken's Auto Tow and they sent someone out right away and I was back on the road in no time. Kenny was very polite and got right down to business. I appreciate them coming out to assist with my tire right away. I definitely recommend Ken's Auto Tow if you are needing any kind of assistance when it comes to a breakdown of any kind. They will absolutely get you back on the road in no time or get your vehicle where it needs to go.

Approximately October 19 , 2024.kenswas called into service at then request of the Sedgwick county sheriff subdepartment deputies. The debate of ownership rights bound by vehicle title appointed owner and possession. I honestly haven't had my motorcycle sense the date mentioned above. I'd be very thankful the day my dirt bike is returned.

He towed both my vehicles to two different shops to save me paying for an out of town tow twice! Thanks Again! Just for general information...... after hours calls out of town are easily 150.00 or more coming from someone that lives out of town. As someone that was a service writer, broken ball joints and other certain problems require the use of a skate (not just a piece of wood) under the vehicle as to not cause more damage than you started with. If your vehicle was towed and it looked easy your driver was experienced and knows how to do his job. If he does additional work to prevent damage more than just hook on and pull your car up he is obviously taking care of your property and feels it necessary. Folks should be ashamed giving a bad review on something they don't understand without attempting to call the business owner for explanation.

I can't express how greatful we were to work with Ken's Auto Tow. Our car was stolen in Nov and recovered Feb 1st. The sheriff's office had the car impounded by Ken's, closed the case as unsolved and never contacted us. Only found out after Ken's tracked us down and sent a letter, unfortunately by that time the car was on the lot for half a month incurring fees. Receiving the letter from Ken's we went immediately there in which we were able to discuss our options and they worked with us and the sheriff's office over a few days to make sure we weren't charged for the time the car was there without us knowing. They provided customer service above and beyond and were so compassionate in an unfortunate situation. If I am ever in need of having a vehicle towed I will most definitely contact Ken's.
